Smart blinds or curtains are window coverings or window treatments that include built-in motors that enable you to add remote raising or lowering capabilities based on schedule, sensors, or on-demand.

These blinds are integrated with standard features like a built-in motor, and virtual assistance (Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit, Google Home, IFTTT), and operate via a touch of a button, a remote control device, voice-activated command, or an phone app.

These blinds are also commonly known as automatic blinds, smart shades, or motorized blinds.

• Give you the functionality to control them remotely, often through remote control, smart assistance, or a mobile phone app that will allow you to open or close blinds without direct manual input. Some of the remote controls allow you to set timers or schedules to control when the blinds should be open or closed.
• With additional hardware, smart blinds support integrations with the most common virtual assistants; making it possible to send voice commands to control your blinds.
• Can choose from the built-in battery or constant power supplied. The built-in battery can hold up to 6 months on one charge.
